Leonard Cohen tekitab meeleliigutust, pisaraid peaaegu. Ta saab varsti 80 ja kuigi ma olen vahepeal temast vähe mõelnud, siis viimastel aegadel mõtlen ma temale jälle palju. Ta on nii rahulik ja ilus.
Ta ütleb asju, mille puhul ma esialgu arvan, et see kõlab nii ilusti, et võib sama hästi tõsi olla.
Siis elan natuke ja kogen natuke ja mõistan, tema luule pole ainult ilusate sõnade kokkukõla, vaid kõige täpsemini sõnastatud tõde.
